Today, i'have learnt wad is true leadership...wad yiyong said was very useful...i felt that my trainings was nth compared to this tok..haha...THX YIYONG!!!
GIVE UP???No!!!!why are we goin to giv up?band members...i know it may seem hum for me to post HERE rather den the band forum or blog...juz hope u all can come here see...
The BLs had push u all very hard...maybe more of the hard way...but im sure no1 likes to shout at people until dey hav sore throat rite?but this is wad shi ling n germaine are doin..to get u guys LISTEN...In music,u have to listen to ur section and band mates...if u cant even listen to ur BLs... can u listen to so many people at the same time when u are playin?i doubt so...
we hav people wantin to giv up on us...people who are stress coming to teach us...dun u feel that they are SOOO WRONG?i dun tink we are so damn hopeless...if u duno ur parts...no harm vistin the band rm more often n practise them!!!it will be less time consuming den learning ur parts during band prac or sectionals...
so band members...WE must buck up now...WE must do it before others give up on us
